Week 33!

Ryder worked very hard and earned a Lexia award for our class.
We also celebrated Hudson for earning a Positive Bus Kids Award.

We learned about Waste In Our World from the grade four classes on Tuesday.

We did our last sound friend this week and read a very funny book called Chester which was about a very naughty cat.

We listened to a lovely story about a mule after learning last week about June and her pet mule.
In health we learned about dealing with bullies from Howard B.  Wigglebottom.
In art we created these wonderful silhouettes of animals using recycled magazines.

We wrote persuasive tweets explaining what makes Fort Saskatchewan fabulous.  You check out all out tweets on https://twitter.com just look for @MrsHolt1995 or @St_JohnXXIII
We worked on our t-shirt designs in preparation for our meeting with our graphic designers who we will meet with next week.

We are excited to share our designs with Mayor Gale Katchur  who will be visiting our classroom on June 10th.

Enjoy the long weekend!
