Week 33!
2H did an amazing job of leading the school assembly on Monday morning and we were honoured to have the Archbishop with us. You can read more about the Archbishop's visit to Saint John in the Western Catholic Reporter http://www.wcr.ab.ca/This-Week/Stories/entryid/7463
In religion this week Mr. Walker came to talk to us about May being the month of Mary.
In science we did a blubber experiment to check which finger was warmer when dipped into cold water, the finger with no lard on it or the finger with lard on it. Ask your child which finger was warmer. Also ask them how polar bears stay warm in icy cold waters.
We moved our bodies in gym with some cool dance moves.
In math we worked with 2D shapes to create pictures.
